Designed by Raymond Chan Architect and developed by a joint venture between Watermark Capital and Rubin Equities, the structure will yield 497 units and 100,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. A portion of the apartments will be reserved for affordable housing. The property is located between 61st and 64th Streets.
