500 East 14th StreetLanagan Engineering has filed applications “in support of excavation” for the two-building and 188,900 square-foot mixed-use development to rise at 500-530 (ex. 520) East 14th Street, in the East Village; demolition of the site’s predecessors is complete, and construction is likely imminent.

Brooklyn:

271 Lenox RoadDeveloper Hello Living has filed applications to construct a 15-story and 55-unit residential building of 52,437 square feet at the vacant lot of 271 Lenox Road, in Prospect Lefferts Garden; the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2006, and LoadingDock5 is designing.

369 Berry StreetM & B of Monroe Inc. is filing applications to construct a six-story and 10-unit mixed-use building of 13,512 square feet at the vacant lots of 369-375 Berry Street, in Williamsburg. Commercial space will measure 2,431 square feet, while community space will span 2,731 square feet; Charles Mallea is designing.

287 Pacific StreetProperty owner Angela Vomvolakis is filing applications to construct a five-story and 10-unit residential building of 9,231 square feet at the vacant lot of 287 Pacific Street, in Boerum Hill; EAB is designing.

1967 Bedford AvenueCohen Global Property has filed applications to construct a five-story and eight-unit mixed-use building of nearly 9,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 1967 Bedford Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. A three-story structure was demolished in 2001; Gerald Caliendo is designing.

319 BroadwaySamuel Landau — of 319 Melrose LLC — has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of nearly 7,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 319 Broadway, in Williamsburg. The site’s five-story predecessor was demolished decades ago; Salamon Engineering is the architect of record.

43 Walton StreetSharon Engineering has filed to begin “structure, foundation and excavation” work at 43 Walton Street — a three-story and single-unit mixed-use building of 7,426 square feet — and for 45 Walton — a three-story and single-unit townhouse of 3,913 square feet — in southern Williamsburg; Panos Vikatos is designing. An existing single-story warehouse building was approved for demolition in April.

Queens:

37-36 108th Street33 Junction Corp. has filed applications to construct four, three-story and two- or three-unit residential buildings — each of roughly 3,000 square feet — at 37-36 108th Street, and Nos. 107-18, 107-20, and 107-26 37th Drive, in North Corona; 1,141 square feet will be allotted for commercial usage in each building, and an existing 2.5-story building must be demolished at No. 37-36.

146-12 181st StreetYaniv Zohar — of 146A LLC — has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 2,700 square feet at 146-12 – 146-14 181st Street, in Springfield Gardens; permits to demolish the existing two-story abode were filed last month.

109 Beach 214th StreetBreezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 2,690 square feet at the Sandy-decimated lot of 109 Beach 214th Street, in Breezy Point.

Staten Island: 

1697 Hyland BoulevardProperty owner Mike Mazza has filed applications to construct a three-story and six-unit mixed-use building of 7,900 square feet at the vacant lot of 1697 Hyland Boulevard, in Dongan Hills. A small garage was demolished in May; the ground floor will have 2,200 square feet of commercial space.

537 Wilson AvenueProperty owner David Leverock has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,536 square feet at the vacant lot of 537 Wilson Avenue, in Arden Heights.
