55-58 64th StreetThe property owner of the vacant lot at 55-58 64th Street — in Maspeth — has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of 3,535 square feet; the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2010.

54-23 102nd StreetKen L Cheung — of 31-13 LLC — has filed applications to construct a four-story and five-unit residential building of nearly 3,500 square feet at 54-23 102nd Street, in Corona; an existing two-story structure passed demolition inspection in March.

110-43 160th Street: Property owner Sumasar Nohar has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,030 square feet at the vacant lot of 110-43 160th Street, in Jamaica; the site’s two-story predecessor had been demolished in 2010.
