2331 3rd Avenue: “Division of P, M, & S” has filed applications to construct a three-story and 63-foot tall commercial and healthcare center of 115,710 square feet spanning the entire block between East 126th and 127th Streets, and 2nd and 3rd Avenues, in East Harlem. Three low-rise structures must be demolished, and VOA is designing.

BRONX:

1926 Longfellow Avenue: Shri Sainath LLC has filed applications to construct an eight-story and 28-unit mixed-use building of 34,016 square feet at the surface lot of 1926 Longfellow Avenue, in West Farms. A commercial component will occupy the ground floor, and NDG Architect is designing.

226 Fordham Place: Greystone has filed applications for 11, two-story and two-unit residential buildings, and a clubhouse — each residential structure spanning roughly 4,750 square feet — for their planned development project at 226 Fordham Place, on City Island. Kutnicki Bernstein is designing.

BROOKLYN:

21 Hinckley Place: The School Construction Authority has filed to construct a five-story and roughly 92,000 square-foot education facility at 21 Hinckley Place, in Kensington. An existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in 2013, and Purcell is designing.

160 West Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and 13-unit residential building of nearly 16,200 square feet at the vacant lots of 160-166 West Street, in Greenpoint; Eisner is designing.

373 Prospect Place: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and seven-unit residential building of 9,175 square feet at the vacant lot of 373 Prospect Place, in Prospect Heights; a three-story structure was demolished in 2010, and GRANT is designing.

13 Grattan Street: Bogart Lots LLC has filed applications to construct a single-story and 7,586 square-foot manufacturing building at the vacant lot of 13 Grattan Street, in East Williamsburg; Gene Kaufman is designing.

197 23rd Street: Avo Construction has filed applications to construct a four-story and four-unit residential building of 5,000 square feet at 197 23rd Street, in South Slope; a two-story structure must first be demolished, and Schneider Associates is designing.

259 Evergreen Avenue: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a two-story and four-unit residential building of 3,189 square feet at the vacant lot of 259 Evergreen Avenue, in Bushwick; the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2009.

QUEENS:

72-50 45th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story and single-family abode of 3,082 square feet at 72-50 45th Avenue, in Elmhurst; a dilapidated two-story structure was demolished in December.

85-24 212th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of nearly 2,000 square feet at 85-24 212th Street, in Hollis Hills; an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

214 Oceanside Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 1,952 square feet at 214 Oceanside Avenue, in Breezy Point; the site’s predecessor had been destroyed by Sandy.

99-79 164th Drive: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-unit residential abode of nearly 800 square feet for the vacant lot of 99-79 164th Drive, in Hamilton Beach.

STATEN ISLAND:

107 Haven Avenue: Applications have been approved for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 107 Haven Avenue, in Midland Beach.
