35 Richmond Terrace: St. George Outlet Development has filed applications for an 11-story and 190-unit mixed-use building totaling 443,011 square feet — 107,109 square feet for residential, the remaining for commercial — at the surface lot spanning 15-55 Richmond Terrace, in St. George. The project features a massive two-story commercial base, and SHoP is designing.
