1349 Commonwealth Avenue: Mahrara Properties has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building of 6,561 square feet at the vacant lot of 1349 Commonwealth Avenue, in Soundview. Gerald Caliendo is listed as the architect.
BROOKLYN:
456 Avenue P: Integrity Capital Holding has filed applications for a five-story, 28-unit mixed-use building of nearly 29,000 square feet spanning 450-456 Avenue P, in northern Gravesend. Nearly 7,000 square feet of space will be commercial, and Claude Hurt Jr. Architect is designing. An existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in September.
61 North 6th Street: Applications have been filed for a single-story, 7,500 square-foot commercial structure to span the vacant lots of 59-63 North 6th Street, in Williamsburg. Victor K. Han Architect is designing.
29 Webster Avenue: Cityscape Buildings has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential structure of 6,210 square feet at the vacant lot of 29 Webster Avenue, in Mapleton. Thomas Kenneth is listed as the architect, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2002.
QUEENS:
78-15 Linden Boulevard: Applications have been filed for a three-story, 59,740 square-foot commercial and community building spanning 78-01 – 78-19 Linden Boulevard, in Lindenwood. Commercial space will total 24,000 square feet, and Felix Pustylnik is listed as the architect; an existing gas station must first be demolished.

43-05 162nd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit mixed-use building totaling nearly 3,600 square feet at 43-05 162nd Street, in East Flushing. A retail portion will encompass 1,387 square feet, and an existing two-story structure passed pre-demo inspection in October.
150-32 Northern Boulevard: Milamin Associates has filed applications for a single-story, 2,560 square-foot commercial building at 150-32 Northern Boulevard, in Murray Hill. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

20 Jeannette Avenue: Oak Developers have filed applications for three three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of 2,363 square feet — spanning 16-24 Jeannette Avenue, in Arden Heights. An existing home must first be demolished.
25 Lorrain Avenue: Oak Developers have filed applications for two three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of 2,310 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 21-25 Lorrain Avenue, in Arden Heights.
