110 East 149th Street: River Avenue Management has filed applications for a 10-story, 152-key hotel of 88,090 square feet at 110 East 149th Street, in Mott Haven. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished, and Dattner Architects is designing.

BROOKLYN:

524 Myrtle Avenue: Silverstone Property has filed applications for a six-story, 92-unit mixed-use building of 86,589 square feet spanning 504-524 Myrtle Avenue, in Clinton Hill. H.T.O. Architects is designing, and an existing single-story strip-mall was approved for demolition in October.

667 Myrtle Avenue: Park Avenue Management has filed applications for a six-story, 49-unit residential and retail building of 34,275 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 667-673 Myrtle Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Aguilera Diego is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 1991.

840 Fulton Street: The Datan Group has filed applications for their five-story, 39-unit residential and retail building of 20,755 square feet to span the lots of 838-846 Fulton Street, in Clinton Hill. KBA is designing, and an existing gas station must first be removed.

804 Jefferson Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 29-unit residential building of nearly 20,000 square feet at 804 Jefferson Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2012, and BTE Design Services is designing.

945 Willoughby Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 5,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 945 Willoughby Avenue, in Buchwick; Charles Mallea is designing.

1622 East 51st Street: An LLC has filed applications for four two-story, single-family abodes — each of 3,000 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 1622-1630 East 51st Street, in the Flatlands; Simino Architect is designing.

QUEENS:

30-17 40th Avenue: Alert Garage Corp has filed applications for a 10-story, 428-unit residential and retail building of 293,703 square feet spanning the majority of the block bound by 40th and 39th Avenues, and 30th and 31st Streets, in Long Island City. The site is largely vacant with the exception of a single-story structure fronting 40th Avenue, and Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects is designing.

112-08 37th Avenue: Corona Park View LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 18-unit residential and community building of nearly 18,000 square feet at 112-08 37th Avenue, in North Corona. Tabriz Group Design is listed as the architect, and the existing two-story abode was approved for demolition in October.

43-60 159th Street: Golden Lots LLC has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 3,114 square feet at 43-60 159th Street, in East Flushing. The existing two-story abode recently passed pre-demo inspection.

125 Beach 131st Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, single-family home of 3,028 square feet at 125 Beach 131st Street, in Belle Harbor. The site’s predecessor was destroyed in 2012, and Frank Quatela is designing.

64-37 230th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,650 square feet at 64-37 230th Street, in Oakland Gardens. An existing single-story home must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

6 Winslow Place: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home of 3,086 square feet at the vacant lot of 6 Winslow Place, in Annadale. Calvanico Associate Architect is designing, and an existing house must first be demolished.
