440 Washington Street: An LLC has filed applications for a nine-story, 41-unit mixed-use building of 48,447 square feet spanning 438-440 Washington Street, in Tribeca. OCV Architects is designing, and commercial space will measure 7,407 square feet. The existing six-story building recently passed pre-demo inspection.

BRONX:

233 Landing Road: An HDFC has filed applications for a nine-story, 136-unit residential development of 109,661 square feet at the vacant lot of 233 Landing Road, in University Heights; Edelman Sulton Knox Wood Architect is designing.

5740 Broadway: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story “retail and storage facility building” of 85,222 square feet spanning 5740-5746 Broadway, in Kingsbridge. Butz Wilbern is the architect of record, and demolition began in November on an existing warehouse structure.

2301 Tillotson Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, 68,707 square-foot “storage facility” at the vacant lot of 2301 Tillotson Avenue, in Eastchester; Butz Wilbern is the architect of record.

2401 Marion Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, six-unit residential building of 39,840 square feet spanning 2381-2401 Marion Avenue, in Fordham Heights. Badaly Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in October.

1420 Crotona Park East: Crotona Housing Development has filed applications for an eight-story, 60-unit residential building of 34,043 square feet at 1420 Crotona Park East, in Crotona. Delacour, Ferrara & Church Architect is designing, and demolition began on the existing two-story structure in October.

BROOKLYN:

37 Commercial Street: Applications have been filed for a 39-story, 401-unit residential building of 377,864 square feet, and a six-story, 103-unit mixed-use building northeast of Commercial and Franklin Streets, in Greenpoint. The filings are associated with Greenpoint Landing, and Handel is designing.

1068 Fulton Street: Applications have been filed for an eight-story, 41-unit mixed-use building of 33,474 square feet at 1068 Fulton Street, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant. ND Architecture is designing, and existing four- and single-story structures were approved for demolition in October.

876 Schenck Avenue: NYC HA has filed construction applications for a two-story, 19,166 square-foot “community center” at the vacant lot of 876 Schenck Avenue, in East New York; Dattner is designing.

161 Dupont Street: Dupont Villa LLC has filed applications for a six-story, six-unit residential building of nearly 7,500 square feet at 161 Dupont Street, in Greenpoint. Anthony Cucich is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

92 Walworth Street: G&W Enterprise’s Inc. has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building of 6,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 92 Walworth Street, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant; BTE Design Services is designing.

270 19th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, three-unit residential building of 5,002 square feet at the vacant lot of 270 19th Street, in South Slope; SHV Designs is designing.

QUEENS:

50-11 Queens Boulevard: An LLC has filed application for a seven-story, 31-unit mixed-use building totaling 45,056 square feet spanning 50-11 – 50-17 Queens Boulevard, in Sunnyside. Nearly 24,000 square feet of commercial space is included, and Raymond Chan is designing; an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

23-33 31st Road: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 16-unit residential building of nearly 11,000 square feet at 23-33 31st Road, in Astoria. Tan Architect is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in November.

42-50 149th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 3,300 square feet at 42-50 149th Street, in East Flushing. Haute Architecture is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in 2013.

15-40 Clintonville Street: Applications have been filed for several three-story, two-unit and two-story, two-unit residential buildings to span 15-38 – 15-40 Clintonville Street, in Whitestone. An existing two-story home must first be demolished.

61-38 172nd Street: A&S Home Builders have filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building of 2,700 square feet at 61-38 172nd Street, in Utopia. The existing 2.5-story structure was approved for demolition in November.

41-20 Delong Street: SD Flushing LLC has filed applications for a single-story, 197,241 square-foot manufacturing and commercial building at 41-20 Delong Street, in Flushing. Commercial space will take up 33,003 square feet, and an existing structure must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

378 Freeborn Street: Applications have been filed for four three-story, single-family homes — each measuring 1,350 square feet — spanning 376-382 Freeborn Street, in Midland Beach. An existing single-story house was demolished in November.
