531 6th Street [Brooklyn Paper]: New York Methodist Hospital has scaled down plans for the Center for Community Health expansion set for a large portion of the block at 531 6th Street, in Park Slope. The “U-shaped” structure will now rise six stories, and 16 three- and four-story townhouses must first be demolished.

145-155 West Street [Brownstoner]: Demolition has kicked-off on the existing two-story warehouse at 145-155 West Street, in Greenpoint. Palin Enterprises and Mack Real Estate Group has planned a 39-story, 600-unit mixed-use development measuring 800,000 square feet; Ismael Leyva Architects is de,signing.

43-24 Queens Boulevard [Sunnyside Post]: An unidentified buyer is in contract to acquire the single-story, 8,500 square-foot structure at 43-24 Queens Boulevard, in Sunnyside, for $7.75 million. If redeveloped, the site has 38,000 square feet of building potential.

93-43 Sutphin Boulevard

93-43 Sutphin Boulevard [New York Daily]: Greater Jamaica Development Corp. and Able Management are now set to construct a 24-story, 240-key Hilton Garden Inn at 93-43 – 93-45 Sutphin Boulevard, in Jamaica. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished, and groundbreaking is planned for this summer.

346 13th Street [Commercial Observer]: American Development Group has acquired the two-story structure at 346 13th Street — in Park Slope — for $8.3 million. Plans were filed back in October for a four-story, seven-unit residential building and three three-story, single-family townhouses.

Hudson Lights & The Modern [New York Post]: Tucker Development plans to open the first phase of their Fort Lee project — dubbed Hudson Lights, “consisting of 277 apartments and 145,000 square feet of retail” — in late 2015. One block to the east, SJP Properties will also begin construction of a 47-story, 201-unit mixed-use residential, hotel and retail building in 2016.
