2856 West 15th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, 16,731 square-foot “community facility building” at 2856-2859 West 15th Street, on Coney Island. Dattner Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

35 78th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 3,000 square feet spanning 33-41 78th Street, in western Bay Ridge. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

41-20 27th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a 15-story, 99-unit mixed-use building measuring 135,105 square feet at 42-20 – 42-26 27th Street, in Long Island City. ODA Architecture is designing, and an existing two-story building must first be demolished.

830 Hicksville Road: Applications have been filed for a two-story, 10,408 square-foot religious structure at 830 Hicksville Road, in Far Rockaway. Amiel Savaldi is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure was approved for demolition in October.

102-28 1st Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 900 square feet at 102-28 1st Street, in Hamilton Beach. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

264 South Avenue: Sonny’s Pier LLC has filed applications for a two-story, 1,280 square-foot “office building” at the vacant lot of 264 South Avenue, in Mariners Harbor.
