338 Berry Street [Curbed]: Very Berry LLC, led by Mona Gora-Friedman, has released marketing details for their eight-story, 54-unit residential conversion at the former factory building spanning 334-346 Berry Street, in Williamsburg. Dubbed Williamsberry, move-ins are imminent.

10 East 33rd Street [Commercial Observer]: Dalan Management has acquired two 12-story commercial buildings — both adding to 61,100 square feet — at 10 and 12 East 33rd Street, in Midtown South, for $36 million. Plans include eventually converting the buildings “into residences or a hotel.”

Empire Outlets [DNAinfo]: Developers “will start [construction] next month” on St. George’s Empire Outlets and New York Wheel. Plans include “more than 100 retail stores, a 190 room hotel,” and a Ferris wheel; completion is scheduled for 2017.

41-01 21st Street [CPEX Real Estate]: The 7,660 square-foot vacant lot at 41-01 21st Street, in Long Island City, has been placed on the market for $9.5 million. The site boasts 38,300 buildable square feet, and a 10-story, 136-key hotel structure could be constructed.

71 Laight Street [Curbed]: Façade is being installed on Morris Adjmi’s six-story, 32-unit residential building at 71 Laight Street — dubbed The Sterling Mason — in Tribeca. Completion is expected later this year.

43-22 Queens Street [The Court Square Blog]: Filed last July, pipe scaffolding has now “completely surrounded” the existing six-story building that will eventually give-way to Rockrose’s 54-story, 783-unit mixed-use development spanning 43-22 – 43-46 Queens Street, in Long Island City. A completion date has yet to be announced.
