500 Metropolitan Avenue [Curbed]: Possible renderings have surfaced of Meyer Chetrit’s planned 14-story mixed-use building — containing 188 hotel rooms, and 59 apartments — at the currently vacant lot of 500 Metropolitan Avenue, in Williamsburg. Kutnicki Bernstein is designing, and a completion date has yet to be revealed.

1532 Madison Avenue [Crain’s Business]: The vacant parcel spanning 1532-1542 Madison Avenue, in southern East Harlem, has been placed “on the market for $15 million.” The site contains 50,000 square-feet of building potential, and a mixed-use development could be built.

34 Conselyea Street

34 Conselyea Street [Curbed]: Renderings have been revealed of an LLC’s planned four-story, four-unit residential building measuring nearly 3,700 square feet at the vacant lot of 34 Conselyea Street, in Williamsburg. Yossi Melamed is designing, and excavation recently kicked-off.

5902 3rd Avenue [DNAinfo]: The DOE has planned a 676-seat school spanning the vacant lots of 5902-5914 3rd Avenue, in southern Sunset Park. A 47,000 square-foot school could be constructed, and opening could come as soon as 2019.

150 North 12th Street

150 North 12th Street [Curbed]: On-site renderings have been posted of Joseph Rubin’s planned seven-story, 54-unit residential building — measuring nearly 45,800 square feet — at 150 North 12th Street, in northern Williamsburg. Bernard Ocasio is designing, and completion is scheduled for July 2016.

206 Wadsworth Avenue [Commercial Observer]: Caerus Group has acquired the property spanning 206-212 Wadsworth Avenue, in northern Washington Heights, “for an estimated $11 million.” Plans include a seven-story, 70-plus-unit mixed-use building, and completion is set for 2017.
