18 Bay 17th Street: Applications for Win Wind Realty Development’s planned four-story, five-unit mixed-use building at 18 Bay 17th Street, in Bath Beach, are proceeding. Originally filed in 2014, Chi F. Lau is designing the 6,417 square-foot building, and the site’s old 2.5-story structure was demolished last month.

QUEENS:

84-69 129th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring 2,341 square feet at the vacant lot of 84-69 129th Street, in Kew Gardens. Tabriz Group Design is the architect.

STATEN ISLAND:

110 Dale Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,800 square feet at 110 Dale Avenue, in New Dorp. An existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.
