2848 Bainbridge Avenue: Ursuline Bedford Park Convent has filed applications for an eight-story, 184-unit residential building measuring nearly 230,000 square feet at 2848 Bainbridge Avenue, in Bedford Park. OVC Architects is designing, and the building will connect to the Academy’s existing buildings.

52 Hawkins Street: Applications have been filed for a single-story, single-family abode measuring nearly 1,400 square feet at the vacant lot 82 Hawkins Street, on City Island. Errol Mcintosh is the architect of record.

BROOKLYN:

931 Carroll Street: Cornell Realty has filed applications for a seven-story, 69-unit residential building measuring 54,252 square feet at 931 Carroll Street, in western Crown Heights. Jarl Fischer is designing, and an existing single-story warehouse must first be demolished.

740 Dekalb Avenue: Har Nevo LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, 37-unit residential building measuring 24,806 square feet at the vacant lot 740 Dekalb Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Brent M. Porter, Architect & Associates is designing.

991 Ocean Avenue: Filed in early 2014, new applications reveal an LLC’s plans for an eight-story, 25-unit residential building measuring nearly 23,200 square feet at 991 Ocean Avenue, in Flatbush. Bricolage Designing is the architect, and the site’s 2.5-story predecessor was demolished last November.

200 Clifton Place: Applications have been filed for a four-story, 16-unit residential building measuring nearly 9,400 square feet at the vacant lot 200 Clifton Place, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. 5D Architecture & Engineering is designing.

370 Clermont Avenue: Originally filed in 2013, new applications have revived plans for Douglaston Development’s four-story, two-unit residential building measuring 4,112 square feet at the vacant lot 370 Clermont Avenue, in Fort Greene. GF55 Partners is designing.

707 Hendrix Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 3,000 square feet at the vacant lot 707 Hendrix Street, in central East New York. Malliaros I Stavros is the architect of record.

QUEENS:

41-59 71st Street: Forever Asset LLC has filed applications for a four-story, five-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,000 square feet at 41-59 71st Street, in northwestern Elmhurst. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

46-10 210th Street: Filed in April 2014, new applications reveal plans for two four-story residential buildings — each measuring 4,450 square feet, but one holding two units, and the other a single unit — at 46-08 – 46-10 210th Street, in southern Bayside. An Shen Ma is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition last year.

28-40 214th Place: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 3,200 square feet at 28-40 214th Place, in northern Bayside. Topos Designs is the architect, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

190 Bedford Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 860 square feet at 190 Bedford Avenue, on Breezy Point. The existing structure was destroyed in 2012.

STATEN ISLAND:

156 Baden Place: Bluestone RRSI has filed applications for a three-story, single-family abode measuring nearly 1,100 square feet at 156 Baden Place, in Midland Beach. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

1032 Olympia Boulevard: Bluestone RRSI has filed applications for a three-story, single-family abode measuring nearly 1,100 square feet at 1032 Olympia Boulevard, in Midland Beach. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
