74 West 125th Street [The Real Deal]: Renderings have been released of DHA Capital’s planned 15-story, 200-unit mixed-use building measuring 185,000 square feet at the lots 64-74 West 125th Street, in Harlem. The developer is close to signing a long-term lease with the landlord, Fata Organization.

29-37 41st Avenue [Crain’s Business]: Property Market Group and Hakim Organization are reportedly seeking to purchase “about 480,000 square feet of air rights,” for $56 million, from the MTA’s East Side Access property, in order to construct their planned 70-story, 930-unit mixed-use tower at 29-37 41st Avenue. Applications were filed earlier this month.

2351 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard [DNAinfo]: Abyssinian Development Corp. has redesigned the planned eight-story, 134-unit mixed-use building at 2351 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, in northern Harlem. The new design touches on aspects of the old Renaissance Ballroom, and demolition permits are in place to remove the existing two-story structure.

199 Paris Avenue [NorthJersey.com]: Friedberg Properties has begun construction on Phase 2 of Rio Vista Greens — located at 199 Paris Avenue, in Northvale (Bergen County) — “which will consists of 33 two-story townhouses.” The condominiums are expected to be completed in “late spring 2015.”

Washington Heights Plaza [DNAinfo]: Located at 4136 Broadway, on 175th Street in Washington Heights, construction has begun “on a new pedestrian plaza measuring 14,000 square feet. The multi-million dollar project should be “ready for an August opening,” and a single-story structure has already been demolished.

181 Montague Street [The Real Deal]: Jonathan Rose Companies has acquired the multi-story, 31,000 square-foot commercial building at 181-183 Montague Street, in Brooklyn Heights, for $36.5 million. The property boasts 93,500 square feet of development rights, and speculation suggests plans for a residential conversion.
