876 6th Avenue: Pinky Realty has filed applications for a 15-story, 37-unit residential building measuring 17,700 square feet at 59-61 West 31st Street, also known as 876 6th Avenue, in Midtown South. Bricolage is designing, and an existing low-rise building must first be demolished.
BROOKLYN:
605 Hart Street: Occam Suy LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building measuring nearly 42,500 square feet at the vacant lots 605-607 Hart Street, in northern Bushwick. RKTB Architect is designing.
70 Henry Street: Madison Estates and JMH Development have filed applications for a planned five-story, five-unit mixed-use building measuring 14,300 square feet at 66-70 Henry Street, in Brooklyn Heights. Morris Adjmi Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished. Plans must also be approved by the LPC.
223 Manhattan Avenue: Applications have been filed for a six-story, 11-unit residential building measuring 7,314 square feet at 223 Manhattan Avenue, in eastern Williamsburg. Freeform Deform is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.
1040 57th Street: An LLC has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each measuring 4,680 square feet — at 1040-1044 57th Street, in southern Borough Park. RSLN Architecture is designing, and two existing 2.5-story structure were recently approved for demolition.
QUEENS:
44-46 Purves Street: Jewel Liton LLC has filed applications for an 11-story, 49-unit residential building measuring nearly 36,500 square feet at 44-46 Purves Street, in Long Island City. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and the existing two-story warehouse passed pre-demolition inspection last November.
40-12 68th Street: Originally filed in late 2013, an LLC has revived applications for a four-story, eight-unit mixed-use building measuring 8,850 square feet at 40-12 68th Street, in southern Woodside. Chang Hwa Tan is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.
33-64 11th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, four-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,800 square feet at 33-64 – 33-66 11th Street, in northern Long Island City. Tabriz Group Design is designing, and an existing single-story abode must first be demolished.
STATEN ISLAND:
140 Union Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for 15 two-story, single-family abodes — each measuring between 1,500 and 1,700 square feet — at the block located at 130-140 Union Avenue, in Mariners Harbor. Existing single-story structures must first be demolished, and Moss & Sayad Architects is designing.
147 Scribner Avenue: Applications have been filed for two three-story, two-unit residential buildings — for a net total of 5,600 square feet of space — at the vacant lots of 143-147 Scribner Avenue, in St. George. Ryan & Vaccaro is designing.
406 Manhattan Street: Applications have been filed for an additional three-story, two-unit residential building measuring roughly 2,900 square feet at 402-406 Manhattan Street, in Tottenville. A similar structure was filed recently for lot No. 406.
