MANHATTAN:

10 Riverside Boulevard: Extell Development and the Carlyle Group have filed applications for a 36-story, 288-unit building at 10 Riverside Boulevard, in Lincoln Square on 59th Street. Measuring 414,000 square feet, the tower will stand 420 feet tall, and Goldstein Hill & West is the filing architect.

BROOKLYN:

254 Palmetto Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,500 square feet at 254 Palmetto Street, in central Bushwick. Michael Avramides is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse was approved for demolition in March.

169 Madison Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building measuring nearly 4,900 square feet at 169 Madison Street, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. Schneider Associates is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.

188 Pulaski Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, three-unit residential building measuring 3,800 square feet at the vacant lot of 188 Pulaski Street, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. BTE Design is the architect, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 1993.

1264 Prospect Place: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,900 square feet at the vacant lot 1264 Prospect Place, in eastern Crown Heights. Infocus is the architect of record.

QUEENS:

22-78 35th Street: Nomos Volos Realty LLC has filed applications for a three-story, six-unit mixed-use building measuring 9,120 square feet at 22-78 35th Street, in Ditmars Steinway. Antestis Demou is designing, and the existing single-story structure will utilized in construction.

STATEN ISLAND:

77 Shale Street: Princewood Development Corp. has filed applications for four three-story, single-family homes — each measuring roughly 1,650 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 77-85 Shale Street, in New Springville. Joseph Morace is designing.
