1865 Broadway [Real Estate Weekly]: AvalonBay will most likely include  “a 60,000 square-foot retail flagship” store in the base of their planned 300,000+ square-foot mixed-use tower at 1865 Broadway, in Lincoln Square. Reportedly, a “slice [of the building] will be commercial office” space, and condos are envisioned for the top.

475 East 30th Street [Crain’s Business]: The NYC EDC is planning to help fund the development of a 350,000 square-foot science research center at the vacant lot of 475 East 30th Street, in Kips Bay. The building — what would be the third tower at the Alexandria Center for Life Sciences — will be co-developed with “a private partner,” and a completion date has yet to be disclosed.

1700 Broadway [Brownstoner]: Excavation has begun at 1674-1712 Broadway, in western Ocean Hill, where two six-story mixed-use buildings with a combined 134 affordable residential units are planned. Dubbed the Henry Apartments, S:US and Alembic Community Development are the developers.

18 Jefferson Street [Brownstoner]: A four-story, three-unit residential building — measuring nearly 4,500 square feet — has topped-out and is nearly completed at 18 Jefferson Street, in northern Bushwick. Jinwoo Jang is the architect of record, and opening is likely in the coming weeks.

92 Howard Avenue

92 Howard Avenue [Brownstoner]: Framing is at the second story at 92 Howard Avenue, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant, where an LLC is building a five-story, five-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,000 square feet. Oscar Fuertes is the architect on record.

35-11 9th Street [The Real Deal]: Modern Spaces is marketing “the four-story, 102,670 square-foot” warehouse at 35-11 – 35-31 9th Street, in northern Long Island City, “for north of $30 million.” The structure is being advertised as a residential conversion.
