264 West Street: Ben Joseph — of Bridge Land Vestry LLC — has filed applications for a 13-story and 47-unit residential building totaling 154,188 square feet at the lots of 264 West and 70-74 Vestry Street, in northern Tribeca. The two-story structure at No. 264 passed pre-demolition inspection yesterday; Ismael Leyva is designing.

BROOKLYN:

240 Troutman Street: Leo Kaufman, of Troutman St Residence LLC, has filed applications to construct a five-story and eight-unit residential building of nearly 11,000 square feet at 240 Troutman Street, in northern Bushwick. Anexisting three-story townhouse was demolished last month; Diego Aguilera is designing.

QUEENS:

133-31 39th Avenue: Sunny Chui — of Two Fulton Square LLC — has filed applications spanning 133-15 – 133-33 39th Avenue, in Downtown Flushing, for a multi-dimensional, 16-story and 752,283 square-foot mixed-use development dubbed Two Fulton Square; visions and mass renderings were revealed in June. Updated figures specify 368,868 square feet will be split between 397 residential units, while an additional 350,711 square feet will be designated for commercial use; Margulies Hoelzli is designing.

199-07 Epsom Course: Property owner Sukhjinder Singh has filed applications to construct a new two-story and single-family abode of 4,648 square feet at 199-07 Epsom Course, in Jamaica Estates; an existing two-story abode was demolished last month.

102-51 Corona Avenue: Property owner Anthony Federici has filed applications to construct a four-story and six-unit residential building of 4,538 square feet at 102-51 Corona Avenue, in Corona. Demolition was approved for the existing two-story structure; Gerald J. Caliendo is designing.

212-18 43rd Avenue: Ji Hing Fang — of 8688 Family LLC — has filed applications to construct a three-story and three-unit residential building of 4,149 square feet at 212-18 43rd Avenue, in Bayside; a pre-demolition inspection for the existing two-story structure passed in August.

104-21 219th Street: Owner Roy Shitrit has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,720 square feet at the vacant lots of 104-21 219th Street, in Queens Village.

STATEN ISLAND:

1095 Rockland Avenue: Charles Farina, of 1671 Hylan Blvd. LLC, has been granted approval to being construction of a 162,092 square-foot development — consisting of a plethora of three-story and multi-unit residential buildings — in the proximity of 1095 Rockland Avenue, in New Springville; permits are currently up for “concrete foundation and structural steel” plans.
