1171 Greene Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for two four-story, seven-unit residential buildings — each measuring 5,043 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 1171-1173 Greene Avenue, in central Bushwick. Issac & Stern Architects is designing, and the site’s single-story predecessor was removed in 1997.

1329 East 13th Street: An LLC has filed applications for an eight-story, 13-unit residential building measuring 14,309 square feet at 1329 East 13th Street, in central Midwood. Igor Zaslavskiy of ZProekt is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

953 Pacific Street: Infinity Properties has filed applications for a four-story, two-unit residential building measuring 4,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 953 Pacific Street, in the far-northwestern corner of Crown Heights. Olabanji Awosika is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2008.

QUEENS:

59-35 Menahan Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, six-unit residential building measuring nearly 6,700 square feet at 59-35 Menahan Street, in Ridgewood. L&P Building Services is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

112-28 68th Drive: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family residence measuring nearly 4,500 square feet at 112-28 68th Drive, in Forest Hills. Mark Verkhovsky is designing, and a dilapidated two-story structure must first be demolished.

24-47 95th Street: Applications have been revived following new filings for a two-story, single-family abode measuring 1,263 square feet at the vacant lot of 24-47 95th Street, in East Elmhurst.

STATEN ISLAND:

49 Center Place: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family house of 1,312 square feet at 49 Center Place, in New Dorp Beach. Think Design Architecture is designing, and an existing single-story abode must first be demolished.
