BROOKLYN:

164 South Oxford Street: East River Partners has filed new applications for a four-story, five-unit residential building measuring 8,600 square feet at 164-168 South Oxford Street, in southern Fort Greene. On the opposite street spanning through the block, at 171 South Portland Avenue, a four-story, nine-unit residential building measuring 14,140 square feet is also planned.

2812 Kings Highway: Originally filed in 2013, new applications have revived plans for a six-story, 28-unit mixed-use building measuring 27,553 square feet at the lots 2800-2814 Kings Highway, in southeastern Midwood. Bricolage is designing, and demolish began on the existing single-story predecessor last November.

114 Adelphi Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building measuring 5,000 square feet at 114 Adelphi Street, in northern Fort Greene. Schneider Associates is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

258-20 81st Avenue: Applications have been filed to expand the existing 1.5-story, single-family abode — located at 258-20 81st Avenue, in Bellerose Floral Park — to a two-story residence measuring nearly 2,000 square feet.

STATEN ISLAND:

245 Page Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a single-story, 2,607 square-foot “fast food restaurant” at the vacant lot of 245 Page Avenue, in Tottenville.
