A building assemblage at 169 Graham Avenue, which includes 150 Meserole Street, in eastern Williamsburg, could yield a new 13,700 square-foot residential development. The 5,625 square-foot parcel was acquired in February for $7.5 million by SYG Realty, and permits to demolish the existing three-story structure at 169 Graham Avenue were approved in May. According to Brownstoner, new building applications have yet to be filed.
