Is the electricity through Con ED or a third party?

  4. This looks very avantgarde. We have similar buildings on the east side upper East Side. This building looks like it belongs on the upper East Side. Williamsburg is an old sounding name for such a modern looking building. The rents appear to be cheaper than the usual $3,000-$7,000 dollars a month. Really nice design. Very modern.
