Last week, YIMBY revealed the Loketch Group’s planned expansion at 207 South 3rd Street in Williamsburg. And now the Midwood-based firm has filed plans for a new apartment building at 803 Wyckoff Avenue in Ridgewood, just over the border from Bushwick.

Its 54 units will be spread across 42,971 square feet, yielding rental-sized average apartments of 795 square feet. The five-story building will have 29 duplexes scattered between the first four floors, as well as 26 regular apartments. The fifth floor will host 1,000 square feet of indoor recreation space, topped by a 420-square-foot roof deck.

803 Wyckoff will also include a 27 space parking lot—the minimum required by the zoning code. Of course, parking is largely unnecessary here, because renters will live only two blocks from the L and M trains at Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues.

The 21,555-square-foot property stretches along Wyckoff between Putnam Avenue and Cornelia Street, and is currently home to a single-story brick warehouse. Moishe Loketch, who runs the Loketch Group with his father Pinny, tells us that he’s going to close on the lot within the next few months.

For the design, Loketch has hired prolific architect Charles Mallea, who was also the architect of record for the South 3rd Street project.
