A Staten Island-based LLC has filed applications for a semi-detached, four-unit residential development at 443 Lincoln Avenue, in Midland Beach, on Staten Island’s southern shore. Each two-story townhouse will measure 1,200 square feet, and Frank Martarella’s Think Design Architecture is designing. The site isn’t very accessible, located 10 blocks from SIRR’s Grand City stop. Demolition commenced on the existing single-story home in June.

I hope the basements come with pumps and lifeboats. BTW it’s the ‘Staten Island Railway’ not the ‘SIRR’. It’s 6 blocks from the Hylan Blvd express buses, about a 7 minute walk.
