Located between Conselyea Street and Skillman Avenue, the lot is one block from the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the L train. Arie Bar Chaim of Brooklyn AZ Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,000 square feet designated for residential space.   1. How are permits being filed now if this is already built?! I live around the corner and this building has been complete for some time.
