Permits have been filed for an 18-story mixed-use building at 34 East 35th Street in Murray Hill, Manhattan. Located between Park and Madison Avenues, the lot is two blocks north of the 33rd Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Jeff Loveland of Redeemer Presbyterian Church is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 191-foot-tall development will yield 177,328 square feet, with 175,350 square feet designated for residential space and 1,978 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 137 residences, with an average unit scope of 1,279 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 17 enclosed parking spaces.
SLCE Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed earlier this month. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
