Construction on Related’s Hudson Yards towers may be starting in October, but neighboring residential developments are already getting underway. Per Curbed the tower’s architect is Ismael Leyva, and the final height will be 32 stories. The residential development is much needed, as the neighborhood is still barren–the contrast between its current state and its future is very stark, as the West 30s are poised to become another central business district.
