The foundation is now in place for 160 West 62nd Street, which will begin rising quite soon. The project is part of Fordham’s development plan for its superblock, and is immediately adjacent to Fordham’s new dormitory and law school. No renderings have been released yet, but a massing diagram filed with the Department of Buildings shows a fairly bland (but still 598 foot tall) apartment tower.
