Sigmund Freund’s Taron Walworth LLC has filed applications for two four-story, six-unit residential buildings at the vacant lots at 212 and 222 Walworth Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Julien Flander is designing both 4,000-square-foot buildings, and the filings appear to be associated with townhouses recently developed on adjacent lots. The site’s former two-story structures were demolished in 1994 and 2006, respectively.
