487 West 129th Street: The George of Harlem LLC has filed a second building application for their site at 487 West 129th Street, in Manhattanville. A nine-story, 48-unit was filed to front 129th Street in the fall, and now another nine-story, 71-unit mixed-use building of 57,109 square feet will front 130th Street. Aufgang Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in November.

691 St Nicholas Avenue: Kingspoint Heights has filed applications for an eight-story, 12-unit mixed-use residential and school building totaling 54,176 square feet at 691 St Nicholas Avenue, in Hamilton Heights. Caples Jefferson Architects is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

301 West 117th Street: B Plus Realty has filed applications for a 10-story, 13-unit mixed-use building measuring 15,234 square feet at the vacant lot of 301 West 117th Street, in Harlem. Commercial space will amount to 4,224 square feet, and Raul Cabato is designing.

405 East 78th Street: Icon Realty Management has filed applications for a six-story, 12-unit residential building of 9,842 square feet at 405 East 78th Street, on the Upper East Side. Issac & Stern is designing, and an existing four-story townhouse must first be demolished.

253 East 7th Street: JKM 7 LLC has filed applications for a six-story, six-unit residential building of 9,652 square feet at 253 East 7th Street, in the East Village. Shiming Tam is designing, and an existing three-story townhouse must first be demolished.

3707 Blackstone Avenue: Applications have been filed for an eight-story, 68-unit residential building of 51,442 square feet spanning the lots of 3707-3719 Blackstone Avenue, in Riverdale. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and the site’s 2.5-story predecessor was demolished this past October.

640 West 238th Street: Applications have been filed for an eight-story, 27-unit building measuring 20,205 square feet at 640 West 238th Street, in Riverdale. Shahriar Afshari is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition earlier this month.

2061 Crotona Avenue: Applications have been filed for a five-story, nine-unit residential building of 8,240 square feet at the vacant lot of 2061 Crotona Avenue, in Tremont; Peter Klein is the architect of record.

3596 Greystone Avenue: Key Construction has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit buildings, and one two-story, three-unit residential building — each measuring roughly 3,000 square feet — to span the vacant lots of 3594-3598 Greystone Avenue, in Kingsbridge.

1123 Myrtle Avenue: North True Construction has filed applications for a nine-story, 196-unit mixed-use residential and commercial building totaling 172,629 square feet spanning 1111-1123 Myrtle Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Karl Fischer is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

2357 60th Street: B&M Realty Group has filed applications for a nine-story, 55,838 square-foot mixed-use community and commercial building spanning the lots of 2353-2361 60th Street, in Mapleton. Karl Fischer is designing, and an existing single-story structure was recently approved for demolition.

1560 60th Street: Mapleton Group LLC has filed applications for 13 six-story, 11-unit residential buildings — each measuring roughly 18,200 square feet — spanning the block bound by 60th and 61st Streets and 16th Avenue, in far-northern Bensonhurst. John Schimenti is designing, and demolition began in early December on the existing single-story warehouse.
