519 Maple Street: An LLC has submitted new applications, reviving plans previously filed in early 2014, for a four-story, six-unit residential building measuring 8,420 square feet at the vacant lot 519 Maple Street, in northern East Flatbush. Robert Christain is the architect of record, and the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2006.

2365 Atlantic Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 6,534 square feet at the vacant lot 2365 Atlantic Avenue, in northern Brownsville. Flavio Barros, of CB Engineering, is the architect of record.

45 Lefferts Place: Applications have been filed for a four-story, 10-unit residential building measuring 6,632 square feet at 45-49 Lefferts Place, in southern Clinton Hill. A three-story, five-unit mixed-use building, measuring 4,800 square feet, has also been filed at 482-486 Grand Avenue. ND Architecture is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

110 Withers Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, four-unit residential building measuring 4,720 square feet at 110 Withers Street, in northern Williamsburg. ND Architecture is designing, and an existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished.

1144 58th Street: An LLC has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings — measuring roughly 3,600 square feet each — at the lots 1144-1146 58th Street, in southern Borough Park. Leonid Segal is the architect of record, and demolition began on the existing two-story structure in February.

QUEENS:

132-36 41st Avenue: Applications have been filed for a five-story, seven-unit building measuring nearly 6,700 square feet at 132-36 41st Avenue, in southern Flushing. Michael Kang is designing, and the existing two-story townhouse was approved for demolition earlier this month.

56-75 136th Street: Greenhill Development has filed applications for a three-story, seven-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,500 square feet at 56-75 136th Street, in Queensborough Hill. Frank Petruso is designing, and demolition recently began on the existing 2.5-story structure.

113-22 Rockaway Beach Boulevard: Paramount Assests has filed applications for a single-story, 8,800 square-foot commercial building spanning 113-20 – 113-22 Rockaway Beach Boulevard, in Rockaway Park. The site’s two-story predecessor was damaged in 2012, and demolished early last year. Think Design Architecture is designing.

99 Hillside Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family residence measuring 2,250 square feet at 99 Hillside Avenue, in Roxbury.

STATEN ISLAND:

621 South Avenue: Applications have been filed for two two-story, single-family residences — each measuring 1,250 square feet — at the vacant lots of 621-623 South Avenue, in Graniteville.

203 Father Capodanno Boulevard: Bluestone RRSI has filed applications for a three-story, single-family abode measuring nearly 1,100 square feet at 203 Father Capodanno Boulevard, in Arrochar. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
