The topped-out reinforced concrete structure is being built by Leeding Builders Group, LLC, designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects, and developed by The Lightstone Group and Marriott. The edifice will yield a total of 216 hotel rooms with interiors designed by Basile Studios. 353 Bedford Avenue is located between 4th and 5th Streets and is a short walk to the East River waterfront and the Domino Park esplanade.
