Property owner Dror Skaf has filed applications to redevelop the existing three-story structure at 950 Flatbush Avenue, in northern Flatbush, into a six-story, nine-unit mixed-use building. The expanded building will measure 9,090 square feet in total, with 2,275 square feet designated for ground-floor retail space. The nine residential units, averaging 755 square feet, will be spread across the upper five levels. He Gin Lee Architect is the applicant of record.

    I an looking for a bulding in the Flatbush, East Flatbus, Utica Ave area for a church building as high as $3,00,000. They have the funds now to do a Cash deal.
