New images have been revealed for Bruckner House, a 12-story residential building at 40 Bruckner Boulevard in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by JCS Realty Group, the structure spans 400,000 square feet and yields 365 rental apartments with interiors a collaboration between S9 Architecture and Husband.Wife, including 110 units designated as affordable housing. The property is located at the corner of Bruckner Boulevard and Alexander Avenue.

Residents of Bruckner House have access to a variety of amenity spaces, including a contained inner garden, a rooftop lounge with skyline views, an outdoor theater, and a BBQ lounge. The project also offers a fitness center, a pool table lounge, and a VR lounge.

    As someone who was forced to flee the South Bronx half a century ago, all the current developments there are completely unexpected. Long Island City is unrecognizable. The city continues to change and generally get better.

    • Definitely finished. People already moving in. 138 Bruckner also just finished

  4. I wouldn’t live here unless they improved that 138th
    Street subway station, iIts a hell hole full of danger & crime,

  5. The design makes sense since I believe these are the same developers of The Bridgeline right behind it. It seems like they are sister properties. And then that would be the same people who started the regeneration of the area when they developed the Clock Tower into lofts.
