Exterior work is progressing on 345 Bergen Street, a six-story residential building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Highrise Group with 345 Bergen Condo LLC as the owner, the structure will yield 12,750 square feet with an undisclosed number of units. The property measures 25 feet wide and is located near the corner of Bergen Street and Fourth Avenue, directly east of a much larger condominium development at 323 Bergen Street, which is also under construction.

Recent photographs show the building topped out and covered in white plastic sheets on the main southern elevation. The rear northern face appears complete, featuring a white cementitious façade surrounding a grid of square windows and glass doors leading to balconies. The eastern lot line wall is blank and composed of exposed CMU blocks.

YIMBY spotted a preliminary elevation rendering posted on the construction board, showing a simple rectangular edifice with a grid of large windows, a roof parapet with two bulkheads, and a uniform brick façade. No finalized rendering has been released.

The property was formerly occupied by a one-story commercial structure and an adjacent open-air lot.

The owner purchased the property for $3.64 million in 2022 in a deal brokered by The Brooklyn Home Company.

The nearest subways from the property are the 2, 3, 4, B, D, N, Q, R, and W trains at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station to the north.

345 Bergen Street’s anticipated completion date is slated for this spring, as noted on site.
