Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by JCS Realty Group, the structure spans 400,000 square feet and yields 365 rental apartments with interiors a collaboration between S9 Architecture and Husband.Wife, including 110 units designated as affordable housing. The property is located at the corner of Bruckner Boulevard and Alexander Avenue.

The project’s aesthetic, a modern interpretation of the classic loft, incorporates clean lines and contemporary finishes, designed to complement the historically industrial character of the area. Each apartment offers keyless access and in-unit washers and dryers.

As someone who was forced to flee the South Bronx half a century ago, all the current developments there are completely unexpected. Long Island City is unrecognizable. The city continues to change and generally get better.

Street subway station, iIts a hell hole full of danger & crime,
The design makes sense since I believe these are the same developers of The Bridgeline right behind it. It seems like they are sister properties. And then that would be the same people who started the regeneration of the area when they developed the Clock Tower into lofts.
