Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 321 Franklin Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Clifton Place and Lafayette Avenue, the lot is near the Classon Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Mujahidul Islam under the 321 Franklin Avenue Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 69-foot-tall development will yield 15,203 square feet, with 11,833 square feet designated for residential space and 3,370 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,183 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, two rooftop terraces on the second and fifth floors, and one enclosed parking space.

Chi Wai Chung of L&C Associates is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
