Designed by ODA Architects and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the structure will yield 52 units in two- to five-bedroom layouts with marketing by Ryan Serhant of SERHANT. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 91st Street.

Designed by SLCE Architects with interiors by Champalimaud Design and developed by Welltower and Hines, the structure will yield 76 assisted living and 80 memory care apartments in studio to two-bedroom layouts, with a capacity of up to 178 residents. Construction Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.

270 West 96th Street Prepares to Rise Above Street Level on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Construction is about to go vertical on 270 West 96th Street, a 23-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Fetner Properties, the 235-foot-tall structure will yield 171 rental units with 68 dedicated to affordable housing, and 8,961 square feet of community facility space. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between West End Avenue and Broadway, and King Contracting Group will be in charge of placing the CMU, bricks, EIF’s cast stone and roofing.

Jacobs Group as the architect of record and developed by Paragon JV Properties III, the 276,578-square-foot structure will yield 130 residences averaging 1,660 square feet apiece as well as 9,080 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 96th Street, directly adjacent to the 96th Street subway station servicing the 1, 2, and 3 trains.
