The Gene Kaufman-designed 99 Washington Street has risen substantially in recent weeks. The future world’s-tallest Holiday Inn has almost reached its 40th floor, so there’s roughly ten more to go before the hotel tops out. No cladding is evident yet although that’s probably a good thing given the most recent renderings, which showed terrible blue zebra-stripes.
