BROOKLYN:

759 Park Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story and 28-unit residential building of 19,225 square feet at 757 Park Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant; a single-story structure must first be demolished, and BMG Design Build is the architect.

929 Atlantic Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for an eight-story and 20-unit residential building of 17,077 square feet at 929 Atlantic Avenue, in Clinton Hill; an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in August, and Feingold & Gregory is designing.

150 Hope Street: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story and five-unit residential building of 6,406 square feet at the vacant lot of 150 Hope Street, in Williamsburg; the site’s one-story predecessor was demolished in 2006, and Nava Companies is designing.

81 Stanhope Street: An LLC has filed applications for a two, four-story and eight-unit residential buildings — one of 5,680 square feet, and the other of 5,048 square feet — spanning 79-81 Stanhope Street, in Bushwick. An existing two-story structure at No. 81 passed pre-demolition inspection in July, and BMG Design Build is listed as the architect.

STATEN ISLAND:

240 Arbutus Avenue: RKD Enterprise Corp. has filed applications for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 4,585 square feet at the vacant lot of 240 Arbutus Avenue, in Prince’s Bay; Calvanico Associates is designing.
