237 East 77th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story and two-unit luxury residential building of 10,217 square feet spanning 235-237 East 77th Street, on the Upper East Side; an existing three-story building must first be demolished, and DXA Studio is designing.

BROOKLYN:

15 Plaza Street West: Thames Corp. has filed applications for a five-story, single-family mansion of 8,700 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 13-19 Plaza Street West, in Park Slope; Bialosky+Partners is designing.

325 Berry Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story and eight-unit residential building of 5,340 square feet at the vacant lot of 325 Berry Street, in Williamsburg; Noel Wong is listed as the architect.

726 Monroe Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and seven-unit residential building of 4,811 square feet at 726 Monroe Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; demolition begun in July on the existing 2.5-story structure, and Grasso-Menziuso is designing.

QUEENS:

21-11 74th Street: Applications for a three-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 3,600 square feet — located at 21-11 74th Street, in Ditmars Steinway — have been granted approval; the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in September.

25 Newport Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,600 square feet at 25 Newport Walk, in Breezy Point; a formerly storm-damaged single-story structure was demolished last December.

112-20 148th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family home of 1,200 square feet at the vacant lot of 112-20 148th Street, in South Jamaica.

STATEN ISLAND:

51 Mclaughlin Street: Cityscape Consulting has filed for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,500 square feet at 51 Mclaughlin Street, in Arrochar; an existing single-story abode was approved for demolition in September.
