Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 215 Beach 100th Street, in Seaside, Queens, a portion of the Rockaway Peninsula. Rockaway beach is just three blocks away, and four blocks to the east is the Beach 98th Street Subway Station, serviced by the A and S trains. AHAA LLC will be responsible for the development.
The 49-foot-tall structure will yield 10,930 square feet of residential space. 14 apartments will be created, averaging 781 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. 10 parking spaces will be created, with two designed for handicap accessibility.
Four will occupy each floor from the ground floor to third. Just two apartments will be on the fourth floor, each with a private outdoor terrace.
Edward C. Hicks Architect will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
