Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 80 Oak Street, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks from the East River waterfront, and eight blocks away from the Nassau Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the G train. Shiraz Sanjana will be responsible for the development.
The 42-foot tall structure will yield 13,000 square feet of space, with 10,000 square feet dedicated to residential use. Six apartments will be created, averaging 1,667 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums.
Two units will be in the cellar level, while two duplex units will occupy the second floor and mezzanine level.
Design Studio Associates will be responsible for the architecture.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
