Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 350 East 28th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, and one stop from the end of the line. Kings Group Development will be responsible for the project.
The 50 foot tall structure will yield 8,500 square feet, with 6,800 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created averaging 850 square feet apiece, which could be rentals or condominiums. Residents will have accessory storage.
NYEast Associates will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
