Located at the corner of Webster Avenue and East 183rd Street, the lot is close to the 182nd-183rd Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. New York City Housing Authority is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 140-foot-tall development will yield 473,124 square feet designated for residential space, 10,628 square feet for commercial use, and 2,944 for community facilities. The building will have 182 residences. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.
