You are good for being a reporter, with details of development. I have the bad for being a disruptive in a cranky comment. (Hello New York YIMBY)
Weird Location!! It is a bit of walk (steep hill) to the B/D trains. The BX41 is along Webster Ave. That NYCHA development in the background needs to be rehab badly. The building is sorely outdated. They looked old when I lived in the neighborhood in 1980’s!! NYCHA’s plan is to build this mixed used to subsidize the ancient building behind it, that’s the plan right. I doubt it will work out well for either development.
This is good infill for the area. And FYI, the adjacent Twin Parks West development is going through major multi-million dollar renovations.
Currently live here nd they are doing a lot of work in the apts the complex in general
Horrible area
You are so right, in addition, Webster avenue is so commercial with not much in the area other than one spanish restaurant and a Jamaican joint.
