Located between Grand Concourse and Valentine Avenue, the lot is one block north of the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Yoel Mandel is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,615 square feet square feet for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, with an average unit scope of 437 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits were filed in early November. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
