Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 234 East 203rd Street in Jerome Park, The Bronx. Located between Grand Concourse and Valentine Avenue, the lot is one block north of the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Yoel Mandel is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 9,615 square feet square feet for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, with an average unit scope of 437 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Rise Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in early November. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. What impresses me the most? When I found details like this on social media. But at least I have to state what it describes, and what it has to do with the important things in it.
