Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 101 Bruckner Boulevard in Port Morris, The Bronx. Located between Willis Avenue Bridge and Brown Place, the lot is a few blocks from the Brook Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Jacob Schwimmer under the 101 Bruckner Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 48,731 square feet, with 37,021 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 55 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 673 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 44-foot-long rear yard.
S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Now watching: Acceptable development.
Thank you: Acceptable development.
Canada is now seizing cash at its borders because the Prince of Sussex and his wife needs money, please be careful, it is legal to take cash to or from Canada, but it must declared to Canadian Customs and origin of cash must also be stated, and then you have to repeat the same process once inside the US, cumbersome.Be careful. Already Prime Minister Trudeau wanted a lot money for mimimal services and even approved marijuana as a legal drug in order to bring in more revenue while claiming to help people in the criminal justice system.
I guess the first plan for this building was scrapped hopefully they give these buildings adequate parking.
Thank for considering and upgrading our neighborhood.. thanks and hod bless america..
