Available on NYC Housing Connect are four units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $133,120.
Residential amenities include assigned virtual doorman, green space, gated access, and security cameras. Units will have washers and dryers, dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and either a balcony or patio.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a $1,800 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $61,715 to $118,300; and three one-bedrooms with a $1,900 monthly rent for incomes ranging from $65,143 to $133,120.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 10, 2021.
