Guys Just a quick heads up. This lottery system does not accept any vouchers nor any State benefit program. This is simply a little reduced price from the original listed rent price. You need to have a secure job and meet specific salary requirements in order to get the apartment. Once I was excited I thought ohhhhhh wow this is a lottery I get to live here for a few bucks, unfortunately this is what we all thinking. You don’t have to fall for this luxury pictures to my opinion you can get better apartment with cheaper price elsewhere. This just a tax exempt for landlords that this lottery is up on affordable housing, but end of the day if you look carefully you will see this is not worth it. Good luck anyone.
Why is rent in sheepshead bay surging so much???? The area severely lacks amenities and unless you live right by the train, the transportation options are awful.
