Permits have been filed for a 40-story mixed-use skyscraper at 16 Dupont Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located at West Street and Dupont Street, the lot is closest to the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Park Tower Group is listed as the owner behind the applications, part of the Greenpoint Landing masterplan.

The proposed 400-foot-tall development will yield 365,651 square feet, with 363,103 square feet designated for residential space and 2,548 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 378 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 960 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 138 enclosed parking spaces.

GKV Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
